Job description: 

Compass Palliative Care, a California-based leading mobile palliative care provider is seeking a Marketing Representative for the CITY OF LOS ANGELES and SAN FERNANDO VALLEY areas. 

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. 

Requirements: 

• Ideally, potential candidates will have a 3-to-5-year background in the medical field, as they will be working with physicians, home health, hospice agencies, and other facilities in marketing our palliative care program and services. 

• Strong account management and people skills are a must. 

• Strong organizational skills and ability to cover a large territory. 

Duties will include, but are not limited to: 

• Cold calling leads for new business. 

• Maintaining and growing the established accounts in the territory. 

• Scheduling and conducting educational in-services. 

• Providing the highest level of customer service. 

• Weekly Business Development and Marketing meetings will be held via Zoom to review business development goals and progress in achieving those objectives.

Pay: $75,000 annually plus a competitive bonus structure.
