We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support operational processes and ensure efficiency, compliance, and consistency across our clinical teams.
Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting program operations and assisting the Quality Assurance department with daily processes. This position helps coordinate clinical support activities, manages inventory and supply needs, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), conducts audits, and ensures clear communication between providers, patients, and external partners.

This position helps coordinate clinical support activities, manages inventory and supply needs, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), conducts audits, and ensures clear communication between providers, patients, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate program operations, including tracking new and discharged patients receiving specialized treatments.
- Serve as a liaison between providers, patients, and external representatives.
- Maintain and update patient tracking spreadsheets and internal databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and manage clinical supply inventory, ensuring timely ordering and availability of materials.
- Coordinate supply orders and maintain relationships with vendor representatives.
- Conduct routine audits and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program performance.
- Create, maintain, and update protocols and workflows related to quality assurance and operational processes.
- Provide clinical support by answering provider and patient questions regarding treatments, materials, or processes.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Licensure: MA required.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a clinical, administrative, or quality assurance role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors or partners preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general data tracking tools.
